Was originaly to become a new character to a new bok/novell (hadn't decided yet) I was gonna write, but when I changed my mind.
That's how it goes when you come up with an idea during a elevator ride XD Just by going up 4 floors I had a hole story planned. But later I came to my sences.
But I decided to continue this drawing either way. Tried to give her a big hip.
First time I tried it. At first it became TO big.Think I start to get a hang on anatomy (at least it's better than Before)

Since you did post this under 'requesting critiques'... her hips are, still, in fact, a little too big - they're over twice the size of her waist! For cartoony purposes that's okay, but for a more 'realistic' measure... If they stopped 'expanding' around where her hand is, that'd probably be good.
Her shoes also seem *extremely* likely to come off. Unless there's some costume tape involved, you'll probably need a strap around the ankle to keep them on. The right hand has that thing where it seems to be flowing together (and the whole right arm might be too short), and the ears are a little too small and high (placing the little blighters is hard, though).
The hand holding the gem works, though, and while the hips are off, the legs seem proportionate to that. The rest of the anatomy is fairly good, and the shading is done quite well.
