Whit pounding heart ran the 6 year old boy called Obelix away from the kid in front of the tree.
Tears were flowing down his cheeks.
He hadn't a clue of who the kid was, but he must want to hurt him, why else should he be where?
Nobody took any notice of him when he ran past them. They never did.
Obelix had lost count of how many times he had been beaten by the other kids and nobody helped him.
It felt like it was not a single person in the whole village that cared about him, just his parents, but he was afraid to tell them that were going on.
But how could he tell them what everyone hated him because he was fat, week and afraid of almost everything. How could he possible tell his proud parents that every one of the other boys called him things like "a girl" and, worst of all, "a roman"?
It's better this way he thought as he ran past Geriatrix hut.
Behind the old mans hut was a shrubbery what Obelix used as a hideout.
